"Hello from Las Vegas" might be a bit premature. You see, at the time I am writing this, we are not actually in Las Vegas. However, in less than two weeks Southwest Solutions Group will be posted up at the Venetian, and If there is one thing to know about SSG, it's that we love a good trade show.

WHERE: Autodesk University: Las Vegas - The Venetian Hotel - Booth #356
WHEN: November 19-21
WHO: Matt Howell, Kyle Bruxvoort, Eric Bridges, & Justin Blackwell
WHAT: We will be demonstrating Fetch and discussing our BIM capabilities.

What do we want to accomplish

Staying at the forefront

Autodesk University is about more than just networking for us. It is also a chance to learn. Not only can you learn about upcoming technologies, but you have the opportunity to experience them first hand. One of the main technologies we are interested in learning more about is generative design. As a company that prides itself on its efficient solutions, generative design seems to be the next logical step. Generative design has been on the horizon in AEC for several years but has not been that accessible to the average user. However, with the introduction of Project Refinery (successor to Project Fractal that connects Dynamo with generative design) and several new AEC startups focused in this space, things seem to be at a tipping point.

Showing off our capabilities

We also want to show off our hard work. Over a year ago we created FETCH to solve the flow of data problems between designers and manufacturers. Since then things have only gotten better. We have new features and new content.
